Step-by-Step Guide
to the IMS Application Process
Applying to IMS is a simple and supportive process designed to ensure the best fit for your child and family. Start by submitting your application, admission letter, and enrollment form.
Then, take a virtual tour to explore our learning environment, followed by an in-person meeting where we get to know you and your child.
The final step includes a 30-minute online conference with the Head of School to answer any remaining questions. Both parents must attend. After the conference, our admissions committee will review your application and make the final acceptance decision.

Sign Up for a Virtual Tour
Book a virtual tour and experience our school in action! This is a great opportunity to ask questions and see our students engaged in learning.

Schedule an In-Person Meeting
After your virtual tour, if you’re ready to take the next step, schedule an in-person meeting with us.
This visit is required and must include your child(s).

Online Conference & Admission Process
After your in-person meeting, join a 30-minute online conference with our Head of School to address any questions and ensure IMS is the right fit. Both parents must attend. Our admissions committee will then make the final decision on your child’s acceptance.
